1. About these terms

By using EV Charger Hub UK (the "Site"), you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Site.

2. Informational only

The Site provides general information about UK EV chargers, the OZEV grant scheme, and related topics. It is not:

• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• A guarantee that you will qualify for any government grant
• A guarantee that any installer will accept your job

Always confirm grant eligibility and amounts directly at gov.uk before making decisions. For tax treatment of EV chargers consult a qualified accountant.

3. Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current (re-verifying grant figures weekly against gov.uk). We do not warrant complete accuracy at all times. Government schemes change; our pages may briefly lag changes by up to 24 hours.

4. Affiliate disclosure

We earn commission when you click through to certain partner installers and charger brands and complete a quote, install or purchase. This is disclosed inline on relevant pages and in our methodology. Commission does not influence ranking position or "best for" labels.

5. Third-party content

Links to gov.uk, installer sites, and other third-party resources are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular outcome will result from using the Site or its forms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, including (without limitation) loss of profits, business interruption, or denied grant applications.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (text, logos, code, tools) is owned by Umut Tosmanoglu. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions without written permission.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
